Delivery/shipping policy (uk only)
We deliver to the whole of the UK.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Methods
We offer the following delivery options:
- Standard Delivery (3–5 business days)
- Next Day Delivery (Next business day, if ordered before 2 PM)
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery choice and location.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free standard delivery on orders over £49.99.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
Shipping Delays
We strive to meet our delivery timeframes, but please note that some delays may occur due to weather conditions, postal service issues, or during peak periods (e.g., holidays). If your delivery is delayed, we will notify you.

Returns & exchanges policy
Our commitment: Soyeux are committed to ensuring your silk bedding arrives in perfect condition. If your order arrives in anything less than perfect condition please see our returns and exchanges policy below.
Return Eligibility
You can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund, provided the items are unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.
Some items, including personalised or final sale products, are not eligible for return.
How to Return an Item
- Initiate a Return: Contact us at info@soyeux.uk with your order number and reason for return. We cannot accept a return if we are not informed prior to the return.
- Return Shipping: You will need to pay for the return postage. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your item arrives back safely.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds can take up to 5–7 business days to appear in your account.
Exchanges
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange for an exchange or refund.
For exchanges due to personal preference (e.g., wrong size or color), you will need to return the original item and place a new order.

Order cancellation policy
Your Right to Cancel (Under the UK’s 14-Day Law)
Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason, and without needing to provide a justification.
How to Cancel an Order
To cancel your order within the 14-day period:
- Contact us at info@soyeux.uk within 14 days of receiving your goods, providing your order number and stating your wish to cancel.
- We will confirm your cancellation request and provide you with instructions on how to return the items.
Return of Goods
After you’ve notified us of your cancellation, you must return the goods within 14 days from the date of cancellation.
The item(s) must be in their original condition, unopened, and in the original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility unless the goods were faulty or damaged.
Exceptions to the 14-Day Right to Cancel
The right to cancel does not apply to:
- Personalised or custom-made items that have been specially made or tailored to your specifications.
- Sealed items (e.g., beauty products, hygiene-related goods) that have been opened after delivery for health and safety reasons.
After 14 Days
If you wish to cancel your order after the 14-day cancellation period has passed, please refer to our Returns Policy. Returns for reasons other than faulty or damaged goods will be at your own cost.
